I've been stumped
So I've been getting clues to my Secret Pals name and the first three were really easy but now I don't even recognize this guy.
The question says: "To get the next 3 letters (numbered 4, 5, and 6) find out: Who is this, And what does he call himself?"
I really don't even recall ever seeing him anywhere, I mean I get this feeling that I have seen him but I just can't figure out from where or what he's called.
So if any of you know who this is can you help? But if you can't I can go humble myself and ask for hints from my Secret Pal.

It looks like a character in one of those Rankin Bass Christmas animated specials.
HAHAH no he is from Homestar Runner! He is the king guy go to homestarrunner.com and you will figure it out :-D
